Thank you for using our services. The Services are provided by Coach-Helper.Com, with registered office at Rua Ilha do Corvo, Bloco3, 2º esquerdo, 2430-143 Marinha Grande, Leiria, Portugal.
By using our Services, the user is accepting these terms of use. Please read them carefully.

Your coach-helper.com Account

To use our Services you need a Coach-Helper.Com Account. The Coach-Helper.Com Account must be created by the user themselves, using a valid email address and a reasonably secure password. Coach accounts are automatically enabled to take part in our affiliate programme, in accordance with its specific policies.
If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or of your account, please contact us.

Use of our Services

You must follow all policies made available to you within the Services.
Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using any method other than the interface and the instructions we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law.
We may suspend or stop providing the Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies, or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give the user any intellectual property rights in our Services or in the content accessed. You may not use content from our Services unless you have permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms of use do not grant any right to use any of the brands or logos used in our Services. The user must not remove, obscure or alter any legal notice displayed in or alongside our Services.

After 4 years of inactivity, without renewal of the services, coach-helper.com reserves the right to delete all of your content while keeping your registration in place; you may reactivate your registration after that time, although your account will be empty of content.

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove features or characteristics, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
The user may stop using the Services at any time. Coach-Helper.Com  may also stop providing Services to the user, or add or create new limits to the Services, at any time.
We believe that your data belongs to you and that preserving access to that data is important. Should we discontinue the Services, whenever possible we will give users reasonable advance notice and the chance to obtain information outside that Service.

Warranties and Disclaimer

By subscribing to our Digital Content, the user consents to the loss of the right of withdrawal (Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February - Portuguese Law).

We provide our Services with a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and hope the user is satisfied when using them. However, there are certain things we do not promise regarding our Services.
Unless expressly stated in these terms of use, neither Coach-Helper.Com nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promise about the Services. For example, we make no commitment as to the content of the Services, their functions, or their reliability, availability or capacity to meet the user’s needs. In all cases, Coach-Helper.Com and its suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

About these Terms of Use

We may modify these terms of use that apply to the Services to, for example, reflect changes to the law or to our Services. The user should check the terms of use regularly.
Notices of modification to these terms of use will be posted on this page. Changes relating to new features of the Services, or changes made for legal reasons, will take effect immediately. If the user does not accept the modified terms of use for the Services, they should stop using them.
These terms of use govern the relationship between Coach-Helper.Com and the user, and do not create any rights for third parties.
If the user fails to comply with these terms of use and Coach-Helper.Com does not take action immediately, this does not imply any waiver on the part of Coach-Helper.Com of any rights it may have (such as the right to take action in the future).

Considerations

We will not be responsible if any type of content from the user is misused and put into circulation on the internet (ending up in the possession of third parties).

Content shared between users is the sole responsibility of those users. By sharing content with Coach-Helper.Com, the user assigns all rights in that content, which becomes the property of Coach-Helper.Com.
The only place authorised to sell activation codes for the Coach-Helper.Com application is the site www.coach-helper.com. Coach-Helper.Com is not responsible if the user purchases or obtains activation codes outside of Coach-Helper.Com.
In the event of a conflict between the different translations of the terms of liability of Coach-Helper.Com, the Portuguese-language version shall be considered the original.
